Florida's Wetlands Offers Diverse Wildlife

Green Cay Wetlands, Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge, and Wakodahatchee Wetlands are just some of the places a person can go to see Florida's wildlife and plants. Green Cay and Wakodahatchee offer boardwalks that people can walk on, so they can keep dry and doesn't disturb the wildlife. Loxahatchee has a small boardwalk, but it does offer paths along the wetlands that makes getting closer to nature possible. Although getting close to an alligator is still not advised. The about page gives information on Green Cay, Loxahatchee and Wakodahatchee, which are located in Southeastern Florida and all of these parks are located relatively close to each other. The wildlife page will give information on the types of wildlife a person can expect to find at these parks or where to go to find out further information on the Internet. It's practically impossible to give descriptions of all the wildlife that can be found in Florida's Wetlands (Everglades), but this website will update on a regular basis when new information becomes available. There are plenty of other wetland parks in Florida, but that is also impossible to give information on every single one of them. This website will provide links to these wetlands when they are researched.
